By accessing or using the CodeWings website at https://codewing.app or any associated platforms and APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Nature of the Service & TestFlight Disclaimer

CodeWings is an independent community discovery directory and slot monitoring service for public Apple TestFlight beta applications. CodeWings is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. TestFlight is a registered trademark of Apple Inc.

Apple enforces strict tester capacity limits (maximum 10,000 public testers per TestFlight beta). While CodeWings monitors beta slots and dispatches real-time alerts, we do not control Apple's servers, developer build expirations, or the speed at which other global testers claim open slots.

3. Codewing Plus Subscriptions & Billing

CodeWings offers an optional premium subscription tier, Codewing Plus, which unlocks an ad-free browsing experience, instant email slot notifications, extended watchlist tracking, and priority wait-times:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Payment Processors: Transactions are securely processed through Razorpay (for INR billing) or Whop Payments (for international/USD billing).
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your CodeWings Dashboard or payment provider portal. Upon cancellation, your Plus benefits remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Permitted Use License

Permission is granted to access and view the materials and listings on CodeWings for personal, non-commercial transitory browsing. Under this license, you may not:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or unauthorized crawlers to extract database records at excessive rates that degrade service performance.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security access barriers or ad-blocking detection measures.
• Resell or commercially exploit access to our curated beta lists without prior written authorization.

5. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

All information and links provided on CodeWings are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CodeWings makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability, safety, or functionality of third-party beta software downloaded through TestFlight.

In no event shall CodeWings or its maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation or testing of pre-release software discovered through our directory.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
